2Cents' 3-day festival of female-identifying and non-binary playwrights is back for year SEVEN! March 27-29 INK Fest 2020 will happen at our beautiful NEW HOME the Broadwater Theater in Hollywood. For the first time ever INK will happen in TWO spaces all weekend long as over 100 artists come together for our biggest event of the year to celebrate the FEMALE & NON-BINARY PLAYWRIGHT and ART!

2Cents' VOTE FOR MURDER awarded Best in Immersive Theatre at HFF19!

​This summer 2Cents' second major immersive experience VOTE FOR MURDER was honored by the Hollywood Fringe community with the award for Best in Immersive Theatre at HFF19! This Clue-inspired live murder mystery game invited audiences to the Vine High Student Elections, and when one of the candidates would be... MURDERED during the Elections, it was left up to the audience in their different teams to explore the school, solve puzzles, gather clues and ultimately solve the MURDER! This escape room-esque immersive game experience marked the second consecutive win for 2Cents in the Best in Immersive category at the Hollywood Fringe Festival, following 2018's Unreal City. 2Cents is currently planning their next immersive endeavor to premiere at HFF20! And stay tuned on a possible return for VOTE FOR MURDER down the road...

In March 2Cents closed this beautifully conceptualized site-specific in-the-round production of David Lindsay-Abaire's well known play exploring grief, self-healing and family. Audiences were invited to a grief counseling setting at Lake Street Community Center to watch a struggling family learn to cope and survive with their devastating loss. Thank you to everyone who came out to support our amazing cast Perry Daniel, Mark McClain Wilson, Laurie O'Brien, Jessica J'aime & Danny Helms, director Kristen Boulé, stage manager Nick Foran & designers Matt Richter, Cricket Myers, Aaron Francis & Jennifer DeRosa. Congrats to this stellar team on an powerful, effective production.

Where will the Goblins pop up next?! NILBOG has been gearing up for more Waits Family-style fun and adventures in the near future! Audiences & critics agree, this Troll 2 musical parody is the "best Fringe show since Pokemon the Musical" and creates "a level of chaos that would make the Marx Bros proud."Since their smash hit run at #HFF17, Nilbogians have been exploring limited valley runs and annual appearances at ScareLA. What's next for Nilbog?! Stay tuned to find out!
